Crankshaft repair (Jawa 250 Panelka)

The order can only be placed after the part (crankshaft) has been delivered.
We recommend preventing any damage to the part during transport by sending the part in a reinforced cardboard box, or better yet in a stronger transport package, in which the part will be secured against movement and sufficiently protected by any packaging material. The part will be sent back in the same package after repair. If the part is not adequately packaged, we do not assume responsibility for any damage during transport and the part will be sent back.
Please use the PPL transport service to transport the shaft for repair. We will receive the sent part by the next day and we will not have to search for it.

The price listed is basic, it includes the reconditioning of the original connecting rod (18mm bushing) + disassembly, assembly, and centering of the crankshaft.

Furthermore, this repair can be expanded to include other components.

The total final price for the repair of the part will be calculated from the scope of the repair and the parts used.
The maximum price for a general repair is 2,950 CZK.

Send the parts for repair cleaned and ready for the order. In the event that the part is delivered uncleaned, we charge a minimum of 300 CZK (excluding VAT) for cleaning - the price depends on the degree of contamination of the part.
