Send parts for repair to the company's address in Ústí nad Labem, preferably via PPL, if you send the part via ČP, send us the shipment number by SMS (important). The order can only be executed after the delivery of the part from the customer.
We recommend preventing possible damage to the part during transport and sending the parts for repair in a reinforced box, preferably in a wooden crate, in which the parts will be secured against movement. In this package, the part will be sent back after repair.
In case of inappropriate packaging, we do not take responsibility for damage caused during transport.
Send the repair parts clean, ready for the execution of the order. If the part is delivered uncleaned, we charge CZK 330/hour (without VAT) for cleaning. Any cleaning of the part will thus affect the total price of the repair.
The stated price for the repair is the basic price, it includes a refurbished connecting rod, disassembly, assembly, centering.
It is also possible to extend the repair by:
- repair of the left pivot
- repair of the right pivot
